Capabilities
Most of our work comes in as a single bid package that crosses trades — a conventional frame with a pre-engineered addition, or a structure that also carries 400 feet of fence and two egress stairs. We take off all of it, so you are not stitching together three subs and three schedules.
Conventional framing detailed, fabricated to the approved drawings and finished to your spec, then delivered and set on your schedule.
The scope that usually falls between subs. Stairs, rails and fence lines detailed off the same model as the frame, so nothing gets field-fit twice.
We do not manufacture PEMB — we buy the building and install it. That means we source the package, handle the manufacturer coordination, and install it under the same contract as our conventional steel.
How a job runs
Four stages, in this order, every time. The dates that matter to you — drawing submittal, fabrication release, delivery and erection — are named in the proposal, not left open.
We take off every piece from your bid set — members, connections, stairs, rail and fence — and price it against current mill and stock lengths. Alternates and phasing priced separately.
Shop and erection drawings are produced from a full 3D model and submitted for the EOR's review as a defined lump sum, so the submittal milestone is a date on the schedule rather than a variable.
Conventional steel is fabricated to AWS D1.1, primed and staged in erection sequence, so it reaches the site in the order your crew needs it rather than the order it was cut. Pre-engineered packages are released to the manufacturer and tracked to the same delivery date.
Delivered and erected under our contract. One company answers for the weld, the fit and the field — which is the whole reason to buy fabrication and erection together instead of splitting them between two subs.
Preconstruction
You are not buying steel and then going to find someone to model it, seal the connections and price the change orders. All of it arrives under the same contract, off the same set of numbers.
Complete submittal packages produced from a full 3D model of the structure. Clashes and misfits get caught on screen instead of showing up on your site as a piece that will not go in.
We furnish the file formats that drive automated fabrication equipment directly — beam lines, drill lines, plasma and coping machines — so pieces get cut from the same data you approved rather than re-keyed off a printed drawing.
We take off the bid set, price it, and carry the connection design through to sealed drawings — including the alternates, the phasing and the change order pricing nobody wants to chase later.
Standards
These are our defaults. Where a project's painting section, certification requirement or material spec differs, we price to the spec and call out the delta in the proposal rather than absorbing it quietly.

West Bay · Panama City Beach, Florida
Full structural steel package for a new-build Publix store: interior columns, joist girders and open-web steel joists carrying the roof deck across the sales floor, plus the canopy and vestibule framing at the storefront. Set in erection sequence so the deck crew could follow us straight across the building without a gap.
Snellville, Georgia
Conventional structural steel paired with a pre-engineered building system we purchased and installed, for new park structures: long-span framing over the building footprint and an open steel canopy carried above the seating terrace. Much of the frame stays exposed in the finished building, so fabrication tolerances and finish had to hold up to being looked at from the field rather than hidden above a ceiling.
Covington, Georgia
A pavilion over the outdoor dining patio — the scope this company is named for. HSS columns carrying an open trellis roof frame, wrapped by picket guardrail around the patio slab. Fabricated, delivered and set on a live restaurant site, then finished out in black to match the storefront.
Loganville, Georgia
Rehabilitation hospital — the whole miscellaneous metals package on one contract. Ornamental fence and screen walls around the courtyard and utility yards, mesh-infill man gates on card readers, long steel canopies over the connecting walkways, covered framing at the outdoor kitchen, and handrail and guardrail at the courtyard steps and ramp. Plus the dumpster enclosure gates on the service side.

Pre-engineered metal building for an equipment dealership and service facility, purchased and installed by us: primary frames, purlins and girts, wall and roof panel, roll-up service doors, and a free-standing steel canopy over the outside work slab. From anchor bolt layout through the last piece of trim.
Douglasville · Douglas County, Georgia
Conventional structural steel for the county's emergency communications center: wide-flange columns and beams with vertical braced frames, cantilevered roof framing at the perimeter, and metal roof deck over the operations floor. Erected alongside the masonry walls on a tight, active site.
